Vienna was the confirmed city to be a best cities in the world to live in because Vienna free from grey winters and an excess of cigarette smoke and dog poo. So,the rate of pollution is lowest in Vienna. Besides that, Vienna is the only major city in the world that gets its water supply pumped from several 100kms away from the Styrian Alps.It has mineral water like quality. Compare that to carrying home heavy bottled water in London. Then, we also have a superb public transport network, our health system ranks amongst the best in the world. It is because free to everyone..In Vienna, the Gini coefficient is 26 ( EU : 31 ). That is very important to make you feel better in a city where wealth is spreed equally. Vienna is governed by social democrats for more than a century and it was " stable democracy" with a functioning and recognised legal system. So, you can feel save and comfortable. Vienna also scored top marks for the political situation and for security. In fact there has not been a terrorist attack in Vienna. So, you can feel save no matter the place.
After that, in Vienna housing is affordable, you do not have to work 60 hours per week just to be able to pay your rent. For your information,in Vienna Kindergarden is free from 2009 onwards. You do not to choose your flat depending on a good. So, your children can get a good education ( let alone pay fortunes for private education ). I also find Vienna to be one of the least racist cities with strong tradition of diversity and tolerence.

ReplyDeleteI want to ask your opinion, why do you believe that Vienna is the best city to live in? okay, I understand that you describe the character of Vienna. but how about the ethnic population in Vienna? Have there been disputes between the people like in Africa?

ReplyDeleteFor my opinoin because based on the factors that i have given..yes,for sure Vienna has the number of ethnic population.Vienna also has a large population of about 1.7 million people ( 2.3 million within the metropolitan area, more than 25% of Austria's population ).but i don't think population is a crucial factor in choosing the best cities in the world to live in.
